摘要
镇安县地处陕西省南部,属长江流域,是国务院已批准的南水北调丹江水源保护区。本文较详细地叙述了镇安县"十一五"期间水资源开发与保护的必要性和紧迫性,提出了水资源保护的切实可行的措施,以及解决水生态环境问题的办法。
Abstract： Zhen＇an county is located in the south part of Shaanxi province within the category of Yangtze River where Dan Riverhead Protection Area is situated for Water Diversion from South to North approved by State Council. The paper expounds the necessity and significance of protecting and developing water resources of Zhen＇an county in llth Five-Year Plan, brings forward the feasible measures to protect water resources and address water ecological problems.
