摘要
对80例脑梗塞急性期病人分别测定血清中过氧化脂质代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)及体内重要的自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,发现脑梗塞急性期血清MDA明显增加而SOD活性明显降低,二者成负相关,结果提示脑梗塞急性期自由基参与了脑损伤机制。
In order to determine the serum activities of malondialdehyde(MDA),a metabolite from lipid peroxide and of superoxide dismutase(SOD),an essential scavenger of free radical in the body,80 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients have been respectively detected and thus,it is found that during acute cerebral infarction serum MDA goes up obviously wherase SOD activity comes down,showing a negative correlation between these two.The result displays that free radicals takes part in the mechanism of brain damage in the period of cerebral infarction.
