机载气密式高压电源机箱结构设计

摘要 根据工程实际,对机载气密式高压电源机箱的结构设计作了较全面的总结。从满足设备苛刻的装机环境条件出发,在传统热设计的基础上结合计算机仿真热分析,采取增大箱体表面积和外部对流换热及设置内部风机搅拌的措施,解决了密封与散热的矛盾;同时,进行了强度校核,兼顾了强度与重量的统一。该单机的成功研制,为类似产品的研发提供了有益的借鉴。 Based on the practic, the structure design of airborne airtight high voltage power supply case was summarized comprehensively. Mixing tradition thermal design method and CAE thermal simulation, several means, including enlarging heat surface, enhancing the convection and conduction outside, and adding internal fans, were applied to balance the contradiction between airtight requirement and heat-emitting and satisfy the strict request of condition. Finally, the stress is also checked to keep intensity consistent with weight. The success of this case equipment would provid a useful reference for the other similar products.
