摘要
目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术前常规散瞳检查眼底的必要性。方法对欲行LASIK手术的1344例(2 648眼)近视病人,术前常规扩瞳后行间接眼底镜及三面镜检查眼底并详细记录。结果各种病变眼数897眼,占33.8%,其中73眼(2.8%)发现有视网膜裂孔,802眼(30.2%)有视网膜变性,孔源性视网膜浅层脱离8眼(0.3%),眼底出血3眼。结论准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术前必须行眼底散瞳检查。
Objective To investigate the necessity of the examination in retina before laser in situ keratomileusis. Methods The retina of 2 648 eyes were examined with indirect ophthalmoscope and three-mirror contact lens. Results 897 （ 33.8%） eyes have retinal in degeneration and holes,802（30. 2% } retinal degeneration, and 8（0. 3%）retina hemorrhage. Conclusion Retinal exam must be done prior to laser in situ keratomileusis.
