文章主要针对ABB张力传感器PFTL101和型号为PFTA101的张力控制板组成的张力检测系统,介绍张力传感器检测原理及张力值计算,对张力控制板的的设置、调试方法进行重点介绍,阐述在纸机张力控制软件上的PID等调试方法及应用。
The paper introduces the tension detection system composed of tension control board PFTA101 and ABB tension sensor PFTL101 and the measurement principle and tension calculation of tension sensor with a priority on the set-up and debugging of the tension control board. It also exnounds the debue methods such as PID on the paper machine tension control software.
