摘要
本文选择18个配合比的半刚性混合料进行了风干收缩与温度收缩试验。研究结果表明,半刚性基层混合料的收缩性能与混合料的种类、配合比、级配及混合料中的细料含量等因素有密切的关系,尤其是混合料中土的含量对其收缩性能有显著影响。得出了简易推算稳定粒料类半刚性混合料在某一失水率下的干缩应变及干缩系数的回归公式,并对半刚性混合料的干缩及温缩现象的机理进行了简要分析。
An investigation of dry shrinkage and thermal shrinkage of 18 Semi-rigidmaterial with different mixture compositions has been carried out in labora-tory,and the results are prsented in this paper.It is shown that types of mi-xtures,mix compositions,grading of aggregates,particulary the fine soilcontents have a marked effect on the shrinkage properties of semi-rigid mate-rials.By using the regression function obtained from the study,the dry shri-nkage strains and coefficients of semi-rigid materials at a certain rate of wa-ter loss can be estimated.A brief discussion about the mechanism of shrinka-ge of semi-rigid materials is also given in the paper.
