摘要
目的 探讨耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的治疗及防止复发的方法.方法 对近15年来所经治的32例（41耳）耳廓瘢痕疙瘩患者均采取手术切除后加药物注射综合治疗.结果 术后随访最长15年无复发.结论 耳廓瘢痕疙瘩综合治疗疗效确切,是治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的主要措施.
Objective To investigate the better way to treat ment auricle keloid with low recurrence. Methods A combination of multiple therapies was carried out in the last 15 years, Operation followed by local injection of drugs. Results A total of 32 cases （41 ears） were treated in this combination way. There were no cases recurred after therapy in the last 15 years follow - up study. Conclusion The combination of multiple therapies had better effects in auricle keloid treatment.
