摘要
利用正交试验法研究了影响超高压卸压阀寿命的3个因素:硬度、密封面粗糙度和冲蚀角。实验结果表明:材料的硬度对阀芯寿命的影响较大,随着材料硬度的提高,阀芯寿命大幅度提高。密封面粗糙度对阀芯寿命影响:Ra值在1.6~0.4μm范围内不大,但总的趋势为密封面粗糙度数值越小,寿命越长,当Ra>1.6μm时,会大大降低阀芯的使用寿命。冲蚀角在20°~30°之间对阀芯的寿命影响不大。
Orthogonal trial was applied in optimizing parameters of ultra high-pressure valve plug made of GCr15, which were Hardness, surfaces roughness and impingement angles. The Experimental result show that: the effect of the degree of hardness to the valve plug life span is big, with the exaltation of the material degree of hardness, the valve plug life span also has longer exaltation; The effect of sealing face roughness to the valve plug life span is not big within the scopes of Ra 1.6-0.4μm, but total trend is the sealing face roughness is more low, the life span is more long, roughness Ra≥1.6μm, will lower the service life of the valve plug consumedly. The effect on the valve plug life span of the sealing face with the iconicity in 40° - 60°is not big.
