浓稀相燃烧器良好的煤粉着火特性和变负荷运行功能正受到学术界的关注,并作为煤粉锅炉低负荷运行的节油技术被广泛应用在中小型锅炉上。文章介绍了具有乏气送粉特点的410t/h煤粉锅炉应用浓稀相燃烧技术提高低负荷稳定性,实现50%额定负荷投助燃油的运行经验。
Abstract Good coal dust ignition and load variation properties of varying phase intensity burners, already popularly use in middling and small boilers as a means of economizing oil at low loads, is attracting the attention of academic circles. The paper describes how a 410 t/h pulverized coal boiler, which is featured by tertiary air coal feeding, makes use of the varying phase intensity combustion technique for raising stability at low load and thus effectuating operation at 50% full load without committing auxiliary oil injection.
