摘要
表皮干细胞的研究尚处于初级阶段,但现有干细胞增殖与分化调控的研究已经为生物工程学提供了分子与基因水平的调控手段并指明了未来的发展和研究方向。本文从表皮干细胞的定义、来源、归宿、分布、增殖分化、表皮细胞培养及在创面愈合过程中表皮干细胞的分布特征等方面详细探讨了表皮干细胞在创面修复中的进展。
The study of cell proliferation and differentiation regulation of the stem cells has offered contolling measures in molecular and gene level, and further indicated future direction of development and study. This article reviews epidermal stem cells about its definition, origination, end-result, distribution, proliferation and differentiation, epidermal cell culture, and distribution feature of epidermal stem cell among wound healing and then fttrther debates some progresses related to it among wound healing.
