摘要
目的观察单纯羊膜移植与联合自体角膜缘移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法将翼状胬肉85例(93眼)随机分成两组,A组44例(45眼)行羊膜移植术,B组41例(48眼)行自体角膜缘移植联合羊膜移植术。术后平均随访2年,比较两组的治愈情况及复发率。结果A组有4眼复发,其中有3眼是复发性翼状胬肉,复发率8.89%(4/45)。B组仅1眼复发,复发率为2.08%(1/48)。两组复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体角膜缘移植联合羊膜移植术有利于翼状胬肉术后的眼表重建,临床疗效优于单纯羊膜移植术。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of amniotic membrane transplantation or combined with limbal autograft trans- plantation for pterygium. Methods 93 eyes of 85 patients with pterygium were randomly divided into two groups,45 eyes of 44 ca- ses in group A were underwent amniotic membrane transplantation. 48 eyes of 41 cases in group B were treated by amniotic membrane transplantation combined with limbal autograft transplantation. The efficacy and recurrence rate were observed during the 2 year follow- up time. Results 4 eyes in group A showed recurrence （8.8% , 4/45） ,among of which,2 eyes were recurrent pterygium. 1 eye in group B showed recurrence （2. 41% , 1/48）. The Recurrence rate was statistically different between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Amniotic membrane transplantation combined with limbal autograft transplantation is beneficial for the reconstruction of ocular surface after pterygium surgery and the clinical efficacy of the combined surgery is better than simple amniotic membranetransplantation.
