摘要
中学时期,学生的心理矛盾和冲突正处在一个丰富多样的阶段。班主任和教师要加强对学生的教育和引导,消除其不良的心理疾病,使矛盾和冲突转化为学生健康成长的动力。特别要注重在引导中培养中学生的创新意识、自我意识和是非意识,为他们健康成长,走向社会贡献社会奠定坚实的基础。
Based on the analysis of the psychological contradictions and conflicts of middle school students,this paper thinks it necessary and important to develop their awareness of innovation,self,and right and wrong which can be good for them to make contributions to the society.
