空心钉内固定治疗股骨头骨折的研究 被引量：1

摘要 股骨头骨折又称为Pipkint骨折。随着交通事故的增多，这种骨折并不少见，由于股骨头、颈部血供贫乏，而且骨折部位较深，关节内骨折的骨块较难复位和固定，给治疗带来困难。处理不当容易导致骨折不愈合、股骨头缺血性坏死、异位骨化、创伤性髋关节炎等一系列并发症。我院自2000年1月-2005年1月，收治有移位的股骨头骨折15例，全部实施手术，采用AO3．0inln钛空心钉（瑞士Synthes公司生产）固定，效果满意。
