摘要
通过浆料制备、纤维配比、湿部添加剂及纸机抄造等方面的工艺优化,在高速纸机上成功地生产出42g/m2低定量新闻纸。产品质量达到了用户要求,印刷效果良好。
In order to produce 42g/m^2 newsprint, the processes of stock preparation, fibers blending,chemical additives application in wet end and paper machine operation were optimized. 42g/m^2 newsprint has been successfully produced on the high speed paper machine of Nanping Paper Mill.The quality of the paper completely meets the demand of customers and the printing results are excellent.
