尾叶桉风干过程生物孔隙结构的变化 被引量:3

Analysis of Pores Structure Variation of Eucalyptus Urohpylla Wood during Air Drying by Mercury Intrusion Porosimetry and Scanning Electron Microscopy

摘要 利用压汞仪和扫描电镜来研究尾叶桉风干前后孔隙结构的变化,结果表明,尾叶桉风干前后孔径和孔比表面积均减小,孔体积从1.1012mL/g下降到0.9391mL/g,孔隙率从59.52%下降到56.40%,孔径分布表明,尾叶桉心材在风干过程中孔隙结构的变化主要集中在0.01~10μm孔径范围内;扫描电镜结果表明,与尾叶桉新鲜材相比,风干材的孔道产生了闭合和收缩。 The porous structure of wood is a key parameter that affects the nutrient and liquid transportation in the living plant and wood impregnation in pulping, especially chemimechanical pulping. The porous structure difference between green and the air dried wood is one of the reasons resulting in the properties difference of chemimechanical pulps between green wood and air dried wood. Mercury intrusion porosimetry and SEM were used to characterize the pore structure of Eucalyptus Urohpylla wood in this paper. It was found that the cumulative pore volumes o f green wood decreased by 6.62 % from 1.1012 to 0.9391 mL/g and the porosity of 59.52 % decreased to 56.40 % after air drying. The results also showed that the specific surface area and the pore size decreased. The pore size distributed in the range of 0.01-101am and there were two peaks appeared at 0.051am and llam. The SEM images revealed that the wood pore closed and shrank during air drying. Additionally, the pore structures of heartwood and sapwood were also studied and the results showed that there existed distinct difference in pore structure between heartwood and sapwood.
