摘要
用1-溴代辛烷使黄原胶XG侧链上的—COOM基团酯化,得到以100结构单元计取代度为11和21的水溶性疏水改性黄原胶HMXG-C8—11和-21。介绍了合成步骤,讨论了合成反应,考察了C8-11和C8—21的黏度特性。浓度〉0.75g/dL的c8—11水溶液.浓度〉0.60g/dL的C8—21水溶液,表观黏度(25℃,7.31/s)急剧增大,显示疏水缔合增黏效应,C8—21的增黏效应较强。0.20g/dLC8-11和C8.21水溶液的表观黏度,起初随外加NaC1浓度的增大而减小,NaCI浓度超过0.4g/dL后缓慢增大((28.11)或较快增大((28—21),出现盐增黏效应。温度从25℃上升到90℃时,0.20g/dL的XG、C8—11和C8—21水溶液表观黏度的降低幅度依次增大,在同-温度下的表观黏度值也依次增大。0,20g/dL的C8.21和C8-11水溶液,分别在外加SDBS浓度为〈0.01~0.08和0.01~0.15mmo1/L时出现表观黏度升高现象.反映疏水缔合聚合物与阴离子表面活性剂之间发生了相互作用。图6参8。
Through esterification of functionality -COOM on side chains of xanthan gum by 1-bromcoctane, water soluble hydrophobically modified xanthan gums of octyl substitution 11 and 21 per 100 structural units, HMXG-CS-11 and -21, are prepared. The procedure and reactions of synthesis are presented and discussed, the viscosity properties of their aqueous solution are investigated. The apparent viscosity (AV) at 25℃ and 7.3 1/s of aqueous solution increases dramatically at concentration of 128-11 〉0.75 g/dL and of 128-21 〉0.60 g/dL owing to viscosifying effect of hydrophobical association, which is more stronger for 128-21. With increasing NaCl concentration, the AV of 0.2 g/dL HM G-C8 aqueous solution decreases at first and increases slowly for 128-11 and more fast for 128-21 at NaCl concentration 〉0.4 g/dL owing to salt viscosifylng effect. At temperatures raising from 25℃ to 90℃, the AV depression of 0.20 g/dL HMXG-C8 aqueous solution changes in increasing order XG〈C8-11〈C8-21 meanwhile the AV values at every equal temparature changes in the same order. For 0.20 g/dL aqueous solution of C8-21 and 128-11, AV raise is observed at concentration of SDBS in range 〈0.01-0.08 and 0.01-0.15 mmol/L, showing interaction of hydrophobically associating polymer with anionic surfactant.
