摘要
胜利油田纯26区深层钻遇盐膏含量高、水化膨胀分散严重的孔店组红色泥岩层。通过测定泥岩样在70℃滚动16小时后的回收率,评价了聚合物、褐煤、沥青、聚合醇4大类共15种具有抑制性的钻井液添加剂。根据回收率测定结果和防塌基本原理,设计了由聚合物、多种多功能降滤失剂、硅氟降黏剂、改性乳化沥青、甲酸钾等8种添加剂组成的4%膨润土防塌钻井液配方。泥岩样在该钻井液滤液中的回收率高达96.32%。该钻井液的常规和150℃/16 h老化后流变性和滤失性优良,能抗15%泥岩粉、5%NaCl、1.5%CaSO4污染,加重至1.8 g/cm3时性能优良,加入超钙QS-2后暂堵率100%,解堵后渗透率恢复率>80%。介绍了在井深2818 m的纯41-28井钻井中,进入泥岩层之前和之后,该钻井液的维护和性能控制。该井钻进顺利,井径扩大率仅为2%。表6参4。
There exist easily hydrating, swelling and dispersing red colored salt/gypse containing shale layers in deep strata in district Chun-26, Shengli. Through determining shale recovery in rolling tests at 70℃ in 16 hrs, totally 15 inhibitory additives divided into 4 classes (polymer, lignite, asphaltic, and polymeric alcohol) are evaluated. Based on the results of evaluation as well as berehole stabilization concepts known, an anti-sloughing 4% bentonite drilling fluid is designed and formulated from 8 additives: polymers, multifunctional filtrate reducers, fluorosilicone viscosity reducer, emulsified modified asphalt, and potassium formate. The shale recovery is as high as 96.32% in the filtrate of the fluid. This fluid has excellent rheologic behavior and filtration properties as prepared and after ageing at 150℃ in 16 hrs, resists to contamination by 15% powdered shale, 5% NaCl, and 1.5% CaSO4, maintains good behavior when weighted to density 1.8 g/cm3. A temporarily shielding rate of 100% is reached with ultrafine CaCO3, QS-2, added into this fluid and a permeability recovery of 〉80%--after the plugs relieved. The maintenance and behavior control for the fluid in drilling well Chun-41-28 of 2818 rn deep before and within the massive shale layers are described. The drilling job, being smooth and trouble free, resulted in a berehole enlalargement of 2% only.
