摘要
作为当代西方经济学中新起的学说,公共选择学派的一个特点是用经济学的方法分析政治问题。公共选择理论关注的焦点是政治统治者如何在发展经济的同时兼顾公平,在满足"经济人"个性要求方面取得认可和支持。这是政治合法性得以维持和延伸的主要因素。借助公共选择理论对政治合法性进行思考与解释,具有重要的理论与现实意义。
Theory is new which as the contemporary west economic in, a public choice school of thought characteristic is analyzes the political issue with the economic method. The focus that public choice pay more attention to is how the politicalrulers give more attention to justice while expanding its＇ economy and get public recognizations and supports in the aspect of satisfying personal demand of ＇economic man＇,which is the main factor for political legitimacy being maintained and outspreaded. Carries on the ponder and the explanation with the aid of the public choice theory to the political validity, has the important theory and the practical significance.
