铜绿假单胞菌耐药性分析

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌是院内获得性肺炎特别是呼吸机相关性肺炎的首位病原菌,也是败血症、尿路感染、皮肤软组织感染的主要病原菌。随着抗菌药物的广泛使用.其耐药性不断增加,给临床治疗带来很大困难。为了解该菌耐药性变迁.以便临床合理使用抗菌药物,本文对浙江大学医学院附属一院2001年至2005年分离的铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性进行统计分析,报告如下.
