摘要
由于传统零库存管理固有问题和医药行业的特殊性,制药企业推行零库存管理应该是建立在全面掌握供应周期、生产周期和销售周期基础上的相对零库存管理,它是现代制药企业精准化管理、GMP管理和供应链管理不可分割的一部分。
Because of the intrinsic problems of traditional zero inventory management and the particularity of medicine profession, the pharmaceutical enterprises should implement the relative zero inventory management based on mastering supply cycle, pro- ductive cycle and sale cycle completely, which is an indivisible part of the precision management, GMP management and the supply chain management of modem pharmaceutical enterprises.
