摘要
目的探讨口腔铸件常见失败原因。方法对290例牙体或牙列缺损患者进行熔模铸造,制作380件金属内冠和支架。结果380件铸件中失败40件,其中铸造不全18件,铸件变形16件,缩孔2件,砂眼1件,裂缝2件,金属瘤1件。结论铸造不全和铸件变形是临床铸件失败的主要原因。
Objective To discuss the failure causes of casting the removable denture with casting prosthesis. Methods 290 patients with dental or dentition defect diseases were treated with investment casting, manufactured 380 metal crowns and brackets.40 of 380 are failure. In the 40 failure frames, 18 were incomplete, 16 were anamorphic, 2 frame＇s hole were contractive, 1 had pit hole, 2 frame＇s surface were coarse, and 1 was metal nubble. Conclusion Casting incompletely and casting strains is the main failure cause.
