摘要
体育教师的职业能力包括的内容很多,但教学能力是其中重要的能力之一。它的强与弱直接反映体育教师的业务水平,影响着教学的质量。文中从组织教材能力、教学表述能力、教学示范能力、教学组织管理能力、教学评价能力和评析教学活动能力等方面加以分析和研究,并提出培养和提高教学能力的一些方法。
Teaching ability is one of the most important professional abilities PE teachers have. Whether it is great or not can reflect their professional level, and influence the teaching quality. This essay analyzes the abilities from organizing teaching materials, teaching expression and teaching demonstration to teaching management and teaching evaluation and proposes some methods to improve their teaching abilities.
