摘要
在现代社会,政党执政,尤其是长期执政,从根本上说,要获得社会民众的认同和支持,必须具有执政的合法性。构建社会主义和谐社会,是我党增强执政合法性的新举措。经济和谐是党执政合法性的基础,文化和谐是党执政合法性的灵魂,阶层和谐是党执政合法性的根本。
In a modern society, if any party in power, especially for a long period of time, wants to obtain acceptance and support from the public, it must possess legality. To construct a harmonious socialist society is another measure to reinforce the legality for our Party to be in power. Harmony in economy is the basis of the legality for our Party to be in power; harmony in culture is the soul＇; and harmony in social classes is the foundation.
