摘要
以对河南省杞县的调查为依据,探讨了种植制度调整对当地农业和农民的影响以及种植制度调整中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了有关政策建议。
On the basis of an investigation made in Qixian County of Henan Province, this paper analyzes the influence of cropping system readjustment of the local agriculture and local farmers and discusses the problems in the readjustment. Some policy options are offered for the solution of the problems.
