摘要
为使内燃式压气机工作运转平稳性达到传统压气机的运转平稳性要求,对内燃式压气机进行动力学分析,应用MATLAB软件对其工作过程进行仿真计算,给出特定工况下曲柄在一个工作循环中的真实运动规律,确定曲柄速度波动系数与飞轮转动惯量的关系。仿真计算结果表明,内燃式压气机移动构件总质量控制在2kg左右时,增加飞轮的转动惯量至0.07kg.m2,可以使其工作平稳性满足要求。
To make the stability of internal combustion compressor meet the stability requirement of traditional compressor when working, makes some analysis on dynamic simulating of internal combustion compressor. By applying MATLAB to simulate its working process, it summarizes the actual working process of crankshaft under a whole working cycle, confirms the relation between speed fluctuation coefficient of the crankshaft and moment of inertia of the balance wheel. The result of simulation indicates that the working stability requirement can be met when the total mass of the moving component in the compressor be controlled around 2kg,and the moment of inertia of the balance wheel be increased to 0. 07kg· m^2.
