摘要
分析动态联盟制造企业知识集成中存在的问题和语义Web的层次模型,并对语义Web的层次模型进行适当的简化调整,构建动态联盟制造企业知识集成层次模型;对层次模型的元数据层、本体层和知识层的功能和关键技术进行详细介绍;以加工减速器为目的的动态联盟制造企业知识集成系统的构建为例,给出模型各层的具体实现过程,解决了动态联盟企业知识表达和获取中的语义不一致的方法问题。
Firstly, the problems in knowledge integration of the alliance manufacturing business enterprise and the layer model of the semantic Web are analyzed, and the layers of the semantic Web are adjusted properly and simply, then the layer model based on the semantic Web is proposed. Secondly, the function and the key techniques of the source data layer, the ontology layer and the knowledge layer of the layer model are introduced detailed. At last, the building process of the alliance manufacturing business enterprise＇s information system which takes the processing of the decelerator as their aim are taken as an example ,the problems of the semantics inconsistent in the knowledge expression and obtainment are solved.
