霉酚酸酯联合环孢素预防同胞供体异基因造血干细胞移植后移植物抗宿主病 被引量:4

摘要 1986年美国西雅图建立的环孢素(CsA)联合短程甲氨蝶呤(MTX)方案由于明显降低移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)的发生率和严重性及改善长期生存而成为预防GVHD的金标准方案,但临床明显的急性GVHD(aGVHD)(Ⅱ~Ⅳ度)的中位发生率仍达40%。随着多种新型免疫抑制剂的不断出现,GVHD的预防方案亦在不断得到改进和替代。霉酚酸酯(MMF)作为一种新型高效免疫抑制剂已广泛用于非清髓性移植及无血缘关系供者移植,而用于同胞HLA相合清髓性移植报道有限。我们采用CsA联合MMF方案预防GVHD用于42例HLA相合同胞异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT),现报道如下。
