摘要
本文用Ｋａｐｐａ值测量Ｎｏｔｉｎｇｈａｍ健康量表（ＮＨＰ）的条目信度表明：（１）用Ｋａｐｐａ值测量ＮＨＰ的信度是比较适当的，因为它考虑到了测量中重复的机遇性，更能表达信度含义；（２）ＮＨＰ的条目一致率在０．７５～０．９１之间，都高于相应的期望一致率；Ｋａｐｐａ值在０．１５～０．７６之间，多数在０．５０～０．６０之间，经过ｕ检验，除一个条目的一致性不存在外，其余条目的一致性较好（Ｐ＜０．０１），信度较高，并有八个条目的总体Ｋａｐｐａ值在０．７５以上。因而，Ｎｏｔｉｎｇｈａｍ健康量表的信度是较高的，实用性较好，但仍有个别条目需要改进。
Measured the reliablity of Nottingham Health Profile(NHP) with Kappa values in 100 hosptalized patients,This article shows:(1) Kappa value is fitful to measure the reliablity of NHP,because it considers the repetitive probablity in two surveys.(2)The coincidence rates of NHP files are between 0 75 to 0 91,higher than their expected ones.Kappa Values of all files are betweem 0 15 to 0 76,almost between 0 50 to 0 60.By U hypothesis testing.The files of NHP shows high coincidence and reliablity but a file,and there are eight files which Kappa values are equal or more than 0 75,We think that NHP can be used for hosptalized patients and other people,and a few files should be corrected to understand easier.
