摘要 为揭示反应精馏过程的耦合特性,从而为进一步开发新的反应精馏设计方法提供理论支持,采用Gibbs自由能平衡级模型,应用Aspen Plus软件模拟分析MTBE的反应精馏过程,研究了回流比与理论板数对反应和分离效果的影响。结果表明由于反应和精馏的相互作用,在固定回流比改变理论板数(或固定理论板数改变回流比)的情况下,存在最佳理论板数(或回流比)使产品组成最高,这种特性与普通精馏有所不同。 In order to reveal the coupling characteristic of reactive distillation and provide the theoretical support for further reactive distillation design, hypothesis of chemical reaction and vapor-liquld phase reaching equilibrium state at the same time is applied, based on which Aspen Plus software is applied to simulate and analyse MTBE reactive distillation (RD) process according to minimum Gibbs free energy theory. It is studied that the influence law of reflux ratio and theory stage number on the reaction and separation. In the reactive distillation process. The product compositions are simulated by using RadFrac module of Aspen software under condition of changing theory stage number while fixing reflux ratio or changing reflux ratio while fixing theory stage number, and they are expressed by 2d figures. Through analysis, it is indicated that there will be optimal theory stage number or reflux ratio to attain the highest product compositions under the two conditions, this property is different from common distillation.
