摘要 聚合物纳米粒子作为抗肿瘤药物载体具有优良的性能和广阔的应用前景,主要表现在其能增溶疏水性抗癌药物,增加抗癌基因药物与蛋白类药物的稳定性和提高基因的转染率,提高药物针对肿瘤的靶向性。聚合物纳米粒子作为抗癌中药的载体将为中药的发展带来巨大机遇。
