摘要
采用镁粉与乙醇和二氯甲烷反应,合成了一种新型含镁载体。通过核磁共振、红外光谱、元素分析、X射线衍射等手段表征了该含镁载体的结构。表征结果显示,含镁载体的结构式可表示为ClMg(OEt)·EtOH。用合成的新型含镁载体与TiCl4反应,制备了负载型乙烯聚合催化剂,研究了该催化剂催化乙烯聚合的性能。实验结果表明,在AlEt3为助催化剂、n(Al)∶n(Ti)=200、总压力0.7MPa、温度80℃、时间1h的条件下,该催化剂具有较高的活性,聚合反应动力学曲线十分平稳,活性衰减较慢,活性可达3.2kg/(g·h)。
A novel support containing Mg( M- 1 ) was synthesized from Mg powder, EtOH and CH2Cl2. The support was characterized by means of NMR, IR, elemental analysis and XRD. Structural formula of the support can be written as CIMg(OEt) · EtOH. The supported catalyst( TiCk4/ M- 1 ) was prepared from above support and TiCl4. The activity of the supported catalyst was evaluated in ethylene polymerization. Under optimal conditions: AlEt3 as cocatalyst, mole ratio of Al to Ti 200, total pressure 0. 7 MPa, polymerization temperature 80 ℃ and time 1 h, activity of the catalyst in ethylene polymerization can reach 3.2 kg/( g · h). The kinetic curve is smooth with slow activity attenuation. The hydrogen - response property of the prepared catalyst is promising.
