摘要
共轭型含硫聚西佛碱是一新颖聚合物,本征导电率为3.4×10^(-11)S/cm,当该聚合物以碘、溴、五氯化锑和萘钠等掺杂后,导电性可进一步提高。碘掺杂该聚合物后导电性可达10^(-3)S/cm,且具有良好的耐候稳定性和高掺杂度特点。研究了掺杂材料的耐温性及各种试制对其导电性的影响。
Sulfur containing Poly Schiff Base (PS-4) is a new conjugated Polymer with conductivity of 3.4×10^(-11)S/cm. When the polymer was doped with I_2, Br_2, SbCl_5 and Sodium naphthalide, etc, it was found that the conductivity could be increased. The iodine dopes PS-4 has conductivity of 10^(-3) s/cm and good environmental stability as well as high dopant level. The influenc of temperature and different solvents on comductivity of the doped material have also been investigated.
