摘要
对埋入形状记忆合金(SMA)丝的玻璃纤维/环氧树脂试件进行单向拉伸、受限回复和自由回复的实验研究.结果表明:SMA丝的埋入能明显地提高试件的弹性模量和强度;由于形状记忆效应的存在与作用,温度变化时,SMA丝可以有规律地改变复合材料结构的应力状态.因此,在复合材料中合理地布置SMA丝不仅可以提高结构的承载能力。
The experimental researches on tension, restrained recovery and free recovery of glass fiber/epoxy samples embedded with SMA wires are presented. The results show that the embedded SMA wires significantly improve the Youngs modulus and strength of the composite samples. Due to the shape memory effect(SME), stress distribution in the composite structures can also be improved properly. Thus embedded SMA wires can not only enhance the loading capability of the composite structures, but also prevent or suppress the damages.
