摘要
针对柴油机驱动液压钻机在工作过程中存在的大量能量损失的问题,将发动机、变量泵及负载作为一个动态系统来研究其节能问题,分析了该系统各环节的匹配原理和方法。提出了一种新的电子节能控制方案,该方案利用模糊控制原理,绕过对钻机复杂系统的建模问题,根据外负载的变化动态调整泵的流量,达到节能的目的,并利用MATLAB进行仿真分析。
There are a great deal energy losing when hydraulic drilling machine working. Diesel engine, variable displacement pump and load make of an energy consuming system. How to match them and how to save energy are discussed. Put forward a saving energy project by electronic control and using fuzzy control. The model of both between load and variable pump for hydraulic drilling machine is presented. In this model, variable pump working is based on change of load, and how to save energy is carried out by using Matlab. An example is given also.
