摘要
胃及十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔是外科常见急腹症,X线检查对本病诊断有重要意义。本文就1989年～1996年的124例胃及十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的腹部X线改变进行分析,阐述了气腹形成及是否出现X线征象的解剖、病理基础,提出了一些有效的检查方法,大大地提高了胃及十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的诊断率。
Acute perforation of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer was a kind of com
mon acute abdomen in surgery.X-ray examination is a significant method to di
agnosis this disease.X-ray signs of abdomen in 124 cases of patients with ac
ute perforation due to gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer. We discussed the X-ray
changes of abdomen about this disease and expound the basis of anatomy and
pathology,We put forward some effective examination methods to improve the
diagnostic rate of acute perforation due to gastric ulcer or duodeanl.
