摘要
目的评价滋阴通淋方治疗慢性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性尿路感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组服用中药滋阴通淋方,对照组口服维沙欣片,2周为1个疗程,两组患者均服用1～2个疗程。观察治疗前后症状积分,检测血常规、尿常规、尿菌培养,测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、细胞因子及尿SIgA。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%。治疗组治疗后临床症状积分、T淋巴细胞亚群、细胞因子及尿SIgA均有明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴通淋方有抗炎和调节慢性尿路感染患者免疫功能的双重作用,具有确切的临床疗效。
Objective To assess of the clinical effects of ＂Ziyin Tonglin Decoction＂ in treating chronic urinary tract infection. Methods Sixty subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by ＂Ziyin Tonglin Decoction＂ and control group in which 30 cases were treated by Levofloxacin lactate, with a course of 2 weeks. The clinical effect, blood routine, urine routine and urinary bacteria cultivation, T lymphocyte subsets, cytokines, urine SIgA were observed. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 73.3% in control group; the clinical symptom score, T lymphocyte subsets, cytokines, urine SIgA of the two groups have significant differences. Conclusion This Decoction has positive effects on chronic urinary tract infection.
