摘要
研究了在pH7.0磷酸盐介质中,钴(Ⅱ)催化H2O2氧化二溴硝基偶氮氯膦(DBNCPA)褪色反应,建立了催化光度法测定痕量钴的新方法,其检出限为5×10-7g/L,在0.5~32μg/L范围内,钴(Ⅱ)与lg(A0/A)呈良好的线性关系。该指示反应灵敏度高,选择性好,用于维生素B12和天然水中钴的测定,获得满意结果。
The authors studied the discoloring reaction of dibromontrochlorophospho azo(DBNCPA) by hydrogen peroxide oxidation catalyzed by trace Co(Ⅱ) in pH 7.0 phosphate solution.In the range of 0.5 to 32μg/L of Co(Ⅱ),a good linear relation ship existe between the concentration of Co(Ⅱ) and lg( A 0/A ).The limit of detection is 5×10 -10 g/mL.A new method with high sensitivity and selectivity for determining trace Co(Ⅱ) was established.This method was used in the determination of trace Co(Ⅱ) in VB 12 and natural water with satisfactory results.
