摘要
提出了高压电动机带负荷与电网接通后的绝缘运行曲线图和绝缘击穿故障与电动机起动、运行时间的关系,由此发现并划定发生绝缘击穿故障的“危险区”。对高压电动机投运前的绝缘电阻最低要求标准及计算公式进行了分析研究,揭示出该标准值与绝缘击穿故障的潜在关系,结合我国电动机绝缘结构现状和运行管理情况,提出“绕过危险区”,延长绝缘寿命、便于实施的建议值。
The starting-working insulation curve and correlation between insulating breakdown and starting working time of the motor have been proposed. The 'dangerous Zone' of the insulating breakdown was found and determined. Analysis on standard of minimum value of insulating resistance and formula of the motor reveals the latent correlation between the standard value and insulating breakdown fault. Based on the insulating structure and the management condition in China, a suggestive value is provided. It make the insulation aviod the 'dangerous Zone'. The insulation life can be extended.
