摘要
介绍了美国DALLAS公司生产的单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20的内部结构、工作原理以及与单片机的接口连接方式和C语言的编程方法。与传统装置相比,具有结构简单,测温精度高、应用面广等特点。
This paper introduces the characteristics,structure and principle of digital temperature sensor DS18B20.Meanwhile,the hardware interface and the software design are given between 89C2051 and DS18B20 in temperature measurement.Compared with the traditional temperature control devices,this system has the characters of simpler structure,higher precision and wider application.
