摘要
本文论述了EUCLID软件系统的总体结构,重点讨论了汽车覆盖件模具典型曲面的造型特点,并在此基础上提出了采用EUCLID软件构造这些曲面的方法;还讨论了加工模具表面所需刀具运动轨迹的生成方法;最后介绍EUCLID软件进行发动机罩中加强板曲面造型及刀具运动轨迹生成的实例。
This paper expounds the integral structure of EUCLID system,the modelling characteristics of typical surfaces of autobody die are mainly discussed,on this basis,the constructing methods of these surfaces by using EUCLID system are presented; and creating method of toolpath for machining die surface are discussed. In the end,the example of surface modelling and toolpath creating of engine covering panel by using EUCLID system are introduced.
