摘要
讨论了淀粉-甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)共聚乳液的合成条件,并对其进行了红外光谱表征;实验表明,合成过程中预聚时间为2h,封闭时间为25min为宜。将其应用于纸张涂布与湿部添加中,结果显示:纸张经过淀粉-聚氨酯化处理后,各项物理强度均得到了明显的提高。
In this paper, the conditions for synthesizing starch-TDI copolymer emulsion were investigated, and the copolymer was characterized by FTIR spectra. The suitable times for pre-synthesis and blocking are 2 hours and 25 minutes, respectively. When the copolymer was used as paper coating and wet-end additives, various paper strength properties were enhanced.
