摘要
论述了弹性力学平面问题的新解法——应力分量法的实质，指出文献［１］的不严密。
The author discusses the essence of stress component method that is a new method to solve the plane problem in elastic mechanics and points out that paper is not rigorous. Through solving an example,the procedure of stress component method is to be embodied.
