摘要
作者应用电镜酶细胞化学方法,观察73例进行期胃癌患者癌周淋巴结T淋巴细胞ATP酶与G6P酶的活性变化,并对酶活性改变与胃癌生物学行为的关系进行了深入研究。结果表明,胃癌癌周淋巴结T淋巴细胞酶活性下降,而且酶活性下降程度与癌侵犯组织深度、癌的病理分化、癌的生长方式、淋巴转移等有相关性。提示:ATP酶与G6P酶活性下降可能是进行期胃癌形成与进展过程中机体免疫功能逐渐下降的重要原因之一。检测癌周淋巴结T淋巴细胞酶活性变化可作为胃癌的一种新的生物学行为标志,判定肿瘤的预后并指导临床医疗。
The changes of some enzyme ATP ase and G 6 P ase activities of T lymphocytes in lymph nodes around the cancer were observed and the relationship between these changes and biologic behavior of 73 cases of the stomach cancer patients was further studied by the electron enzyme cytochemical methods. Results:The enzyme activities of T lymphocytes in lymph nodes around cancer decreased,and the decreased degree of the enzyme activities was related to the depth of tumor invasion,the tumor differentiation,the way of tumor growth and the lymph node metastasis. This result suggested that The decrease of the ATPase and G 6 P ase is one of the main reason for the reduction of immunological function in the patients with stomach cancer.To examine the enzyme activities in lymphocytes of the lymph nodes around the stomach cancer can provide a new biological marker relevant to tumor for judging the prognosis and directing the teratment of stomach cancer.
