摘要
对１５１例前列腺增生患者行经膀胱前列腺摘除术，术后病检意外发现前列腺癌５例，发病率３．３％，均为高分化腺癌，再次行双睾丸切除，随访２～５年，１例失访，余４例均无癌存活，结合文献就偶发癌的特点及处理进行了讨论。
