摘要
目的评价带血管蒂回肠移植阴道成形术的临床效果。方法选择先天性无阴道患者4例,采用腹部小横切口带血管蒂回肠移植阴道成形术。结果4例手术均获成功,所形成的人工阴道有足够的宽度及深度,柔软有弹性,无异味,3例已有满意性生活。结论带血管蒂回肠阴道成形术创伤小,较符合生理状态,效果好,是值得推广的术式。
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of vaginoplasty with transplanting vascularized ileal flap. Methods Clinical data and curative effects of 4 cases of vaginoplasty with transferring vascularized ileal flap through small transvers abdominotomy from January 2005 were collected and analyzed.Results The operations were successfully performed in all of 4 cases. All artificial vaginae were wide and deep enough, soft, supple and without abnormal smell. Especially 3 cases had satisfactory sexuality. Conclusion vaginoplasty with transplanting vascularized ileal flap is micro-invasive and accordant to normal physiological conditions, being a surgical technique for vaginoplasty which is worth popularizing.
