摘要
分析新疆林业有害生物防治工作面临的严峻形势:林业有害生物危害呈上升趋势,检疫性林业有害物种不断扩散,森防人员整体素质低下等。提出要加强森防队伍和检疫监测预警体系建设,积极推进国际森林健康新理念,认真分析有害生物入侵态势,大力推广无公害防治技术,分级实施林业有害生物工程治理,防治林业危险性有害生物扩散蔓延等具体措施。
Analyzed the serious situation of the prenvention and cure of harmful organisms： the organ- isms harm become more and more serious; the quarantine forest harmful organisms continually extend; the quanlity of forest prevention staff is low. Raise up some countermeasures to strenthen the con- struction of forest prevention staff and quarantine forewarn system, such as positively putting forwards the new view of international forest health, analyzing the situation of harmful invading organism, strengthenly develop harmless prevention technology, putting the project of forest harmful organisms by different levels.
