摘要
目的探讨心理干预对抑郁症病人睡眠的作用。方法将80例符合CCMD-3诊断标准且伴有睡眠障碍的抑郁症病人随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上给予支持性心理治疗、认知行为疗法、森田疗法等心理干预措施,并对患者及家属进行健康指导,以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)记录和评价干预效果。结果观察组病人在干预后4周睡眠状况明显改善,在干预后8周睡眠质量接近正常水平。睡眠指标与干预前比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预后效果与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施心理干预可改善病人睡眠状况,对疾病的康复有重要的帮助作用。
Objective To study the effect of mental intervention on depression patients' sleep. Methods 80 depression patients with sleep disorder were divided randomly into the observation group (n =40) and control group(n=40). The control group was treated with usual care. Observation group was added to supportive psychotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy, Morita's therapy and so on. The patients of observation group and their family were carried out health guidance. The effect of intervention was re corded and estimated by PSQI. Results After 4 weeks, the patients of observation group whose sleep had obviously improved. The quality approached normal after 8 weeks. Compared with pro-intervention, sleep index had statistical significance after intervention. The effect of post-intervention had statistical significance compared with control group. Conclusion Mental intervention can improve patients' sleep and help recovery of illness.
