摘要
根据《教学大纲》要求,将速度滑冰的教学内容,按照难易程度排列成练习程序,并对每一程序提出具体的规范和要求.实践表明,在速度滑冰教学中实行程序教学法是行之有效的.
According to syllabus,arranged practicing procedures of speed skating based on the level of difficulty or easiness,and formulated specific modes and requirements for each procedure.The practice shown that the procedure teaching methodology to speed skating teaching is an effective teaching approach.
