摘要
简介精神药物，包括中枢兴奋药（苯丙胺和莫达非尼）与中枢抑制药（苯二氮类药物和速可眠）的代谢动力学特点及其作用机制，并对精神药物在战时（英阿马岛战争、美军空袭利比亚和海湾战争）调节飞行人员睡眠与抗疲劳中的应用进行了综述，同时对我军开展战时飞行人员精神药物的研究与应用提出建议。
In this paper,the pharmacokinetics and pharmacological mechanisms of psychotropic drugs, including central stimulants(amphetamine, modafinil) and central depressants(benzodiazepines and seconal) are briefly introduced.Application of these drugs for sleep regulation and anti fatigue in aircrew during combat operations(South Atlantic Campaign, Libyan Air Strike and Gulf War) are also summarized.Suggestions on establishing rules for rational use of psychotropic drugs in Chinese Air Force are presented.
