摘要
通过对河北省环保局综合平台的开发实例,介绍基于PHP和MYSQL开发文章管理系统的设计和实现。系统采用PHP的一个模板引擎—Smarty技术,实现动态内容静态发布的管理模式,满足环保局对系统的要求。
How to design and implement the article management system based on PHP and MYSQL is introduced through the example of the Environmental Protection Agency of Hebei province. The system uses a template engine for PHP-Smarty,which can implement the management model of dynamic content and static publish ,and satisfy the Environmental Protection Agency.
